Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and proactive Billing cum Admin Incharge to oversee daily operations of the hotel, manage staff scheduling, handle guest billing and payments, and maintain seamless front desk and administrative functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional guest experience, and a smooth working environment for the team. Responsibilities: Billing & Front Desk Operations: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing. Maintain and reconcile daily sales, cash, and credit transactions. Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly billing and revenue reports. Staff Management: Prepare staff shift rosters, monitor staff attendance, and ensure adequate staffing coverage. Supervise and support the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff. Maintain staff discipline and address staff queries or grievances promptly. Administration & Operations: Maintain and update guest records, reservation details, and billing data. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for seamless hotel operations. Ensure smooth operational efficiency across departments. Customer Service: Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints. Maintain a welcoming and orderly reception area, ensuring high service standards. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that billing and accounting practices adhere to established policies. Maintain daily activity records and provide periodic operational and revenue reports to the management. Requirements:Min. 2–3 years experience in hotel administration, billing, or front office role. Strong knowledge of billing and accounting practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, manage staff schedules, and work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), billing software, and hotel management systems. Personal Attributes:Strong leadership and team management abilities. Detail-oriented and organized.
